What's doing it all yourself actually costing you?

You already suspect the answer is "too much". Fill in your week below and the number works out live as you go.

First, four quick things

Tell me about the business

Step 1

List the recurring work

For each job that gets done in your business, put the honest hours in a normal week, and tell me who does it. Skip the ones that do not apply. Include the overthinking time, it counts.

Order admin: confirmations, tracking updates, exports
Suppliers, stock and numbers
Processing supplier invoices and data entry

What you pay others (staff or contractors)

How this is worked out: the work you do yourself is valued at $125 an hour, set from your revenue as a conservative measure of what your time is worth as the owner, because an hour on admin is an hour not spent growing the business. Work others do is valued at typical NZ hire rates for each job.

Step 2

What you want from this

Last step

Where do I send your breakdown?

I'll look at your answers, work out where Claude would make the biggest impact in your business, and send you a clear recommendation on where to start. One short follow-up a few days later, and that is it.

I use these answers to tailor what I send you and to understand what owners like you need. I never share your details.
