For owners of product businesses buried in repetitive work

Get your evenings back.
Hand the busy work to a team of AI agents

In two weeks, I build a team of AI agents into the most repetitive parts of your business, so the work happens without you carrying it.

See how much you could save

See the hours and dollars a Claude brain and automated workflows could hand back to you every year.

The problem

Tell me if this sounds about right

You are running a product business, so you are also running every department inside it.

Every email, every ad, every customer reply is yours to write, usually at night once the real work is done. You have probably tried ChatGPT. It gave you copy that sounds like everyone else's and forgets your business the moment you close the tab.

Or maybe it is the back office. A supplier sends a new price list and it is days of cross-checking codes, building upload sheets, loading hundreds of products by hand. The messages never stop either - Instagram, Facebook, email, the shop phone, WhatsApp, the same five questions on repeat. So you are doing it at night, after the shop shuts, and weekends too.

You keep saying you will hire someone. But you have not even got time to train them, and if you pick wrong you have made it worse.

How it works

Your Claude business brain, built in two weeks

01

Give Claude your brain

Your customer, voice, prices, proof and plan, loaded into one system so everything it makes already reads like you wrote it.

02

Connect your real tools

Shopify or your POS, your email, your inbox, your ads and your files, connected and scoped to minimum access, so the work runs on real data.

03

Build your workflows

Your most repetitive jobs rebuilt as systems Claude runs the same way every time, tested on your real work before handover.

04

Measure the saving

Hours logged before, hours logged after, valued at your own rate. You get a measured before and after, in writing.

The maths

How much could you get back?

Here is one typical task. Your real numbers get measured before and after.

Your email marketing today
5 hrs / week
The same job, after the build
1.5 hrs / week
Time handed back to you
3.5 hrs / week
Valued at $60 an hour
~$10,900 / year
Against a Process Sprint of
$1,950 + GST

Kim, founder of POWDA AI and Organic Matters
Kim Founder, Organic Matters and POWDA AI

A month of emails, planned in under an hour - work I'd have paid $12,000 to $16,000 NZD for.

I founded Organic Matters, a mineral sunscreen brand built in New Zealand and now launching in the US. One person, two markets, every email, ad and customer reply mine to write.

ChatGPT gave me generic copy that forgot my business the moment I closed the tab. Freelancers and courses did not fit a solo budget or a solo schedule. So I built Claude a proper brain instead: my customer research, voice, proof, prices and plan, connected to my real tools.

A month of emails now takes under an hour. My flows run live in two markets. Claude found my real breakeven cost per sale from my own store data, and it changed my whole ad strategy in one afternoon.

Other founders kept asking how I did it. That is what became POWDA AI.

Questions? Email me directly at kim@powda.ai. I read and answer these myself.

Why Claude

ChatGPT tells you how to fix the car. Claude grabs the spanner and fixes it for you.

Most people have only used AI as a chat box: you ask, it answers, and you still go and do the thing yourself. This works on your actual computer and your real tools. It drafts the emails, builds the supplier sheet, pulls the stock report, then hands you the finished result.

It actually does the work.

Connects to your store, inbox and files and gets through a whole task, start to finish.

It is built around your business.

Your suppliers, products and voice live in one brain, so what comes out fits your world instead of sounding generic.

It writes like you.

It works from your best past pieces, so customers read your actual voice.

You stay in control.

It runs in a safe space on your machine, asks before it deletes anything, and never sends a message or changes a price without your say-so.

The Claude Brain Setup

Everything your business knows, loaded into Claude properly

Part 1 - The Brain

Who your business actually is

  • Your complete business file: the real ideal customer, ranked messaging, objections with answers, competitors and their gaps
  • Your voice guide: sample sentences, banned words, tone per situation, so output sounds like you
  • Your proof inventory: real testimonials and credentials only, nothing invented, ever
Part 2 - The Strategy File

Where the business is going, with real numbers

  • Your goals, constraints and current plan, so advice points somewhere
  • Your unit economics from your real store data: AOV, margins, breakeven cost per sale. Most owners learn something about their own business in week one
  • A KPI scorecard with targets and a 90-day plan with monthly milestones, so you always know the next move
Part 3 - The Connections

Plugged into the tools you already run

  • Shopify, your email platform, your inbox and your ad account, connected and scoped to minimum access
  • Claude reads your real data: sales, flows, campaigns, ad performance
Part 4 - Two working workflows

Your most repetitive jobs, built to run the same every time

  • Your two biggest time-sinks built as repeatable systems, your pick: email campaigns, product descriptions and customer replies, or supplier price files, invoice data entry, SKU uploads and stock reports
  • Tested on your real work before handover
Part 5 - The keep-it-going kit

Built so you actually use it

  • A 90-minute training on your actual tasks, recorded
  • A privacy setup: what never goes into AI, account security, customer data rules
  • A prompt cheat sheet, a monthly maintenance checklist, and check-in calls at day 7, 14 and 30
  • You own every file

Case Study 1
NZ Sunscreen Brand

A month of emails, planned in under an hour

Situation: One founder, two markets, every email, ad and customer reply written solo, most nights.

What I built: A brand brain plus Klaviyo, Gmail and Meta connected, so every draft starts already briefed on my voice and my customers.

Task by task:

  • Landing pages - three built, about 10 minutes each, versus briefing a copywriter and a designer and waiting five days
  • Klaviyo flows - four live across NZ and US: welcome series for each market, post-purchase, abandoned checkout
  • Competitor research - two hours across a dozen browser tabs, down to one command
  • Unit economics - real breakeven cost per sale worked out from store data (AOV $63.79 NZD, breakeven CPA $30.57), which reset the whole Meta ads strategy in an afternoon

12+ hrs to under 1 hr a month
$12,000-$16,000 NZD one-off avoided cost

"I used to get stuck overthinking everything. Now my output is better, and I have so much time back to focus on the high-value work that keeps me moving forward."

Case Study 2
Outdoor Retail Shop

A thousand SKU rows reconciled in ten minutes

Situation: An NZ specialty retailer needed a supplier price list reconciled and new products loaded, under real time pressure with no do-overs.

What I built: I reconciled the price list, built a new-product upload sheet, and set up a repeatable process for turning supplier invoices into a checked spreadsheet.

Task by task:

  • Price reconciliation - 1,211 rows matched and corrected in about 10 minutes, fully accurate, versus about 30 minutes by spreadsheet formulas, which still missed one row
  • New product upload sheet - 442 new products built into a complete 73-column upload sheet in about 60 minutes, with only 8 rows needing a manual check
  • Invoice extraction - about 15 minutes to set up a repeatable process, then about 2 minutes per invoice after that
  • Customer service - a scoped plan to unify 5+ channels (Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, WhatsApp) into one queue, with the most common questions handled automatically

Over a thousand product rows reconciled in about ten minutes, full accuracy
Hundreds of new products uploaded in about an hour
Each new supplier invoice into a checked spreadsheet extract in about two minutes

The quiet wins

On my own brand, Claude has caught real mistakes before they cost money.

A broken email-flow filter

Was quietly leaving a few hundred subscribers out of the welcome sequence. Found and fixed.

A shipping-rule clash

Was blocking checkout for an entire rural region. Diagnosed and corrected.

An overstated inventory count

Several times over, distorting the clearance plan. Reconciled against live store data.

A misread reporting column

Would have driven the wrong call on an ad campaign. Caught before the budget moved.

The honest comparison

You do not need a full-time hire to set up your Claude brain

Owners reach for a hire when the admin piles up. This fixes the system instead. Buy the same setup piece by piece at NZ market rates and it adds up fast.

FAQ

Questions you are probably asking

I do not have time to set this up

That is the whole reason it is done for you. You give me a short intake call and access to your tools. I do the build. Most owners put in a few hours total and get hours back every week after, for good. The Automation Audit is the low-commitment way to see that before you book anything bigger.

What if it loads the wrong price or the wrong data?

Nothing pushes to your live store or systems unchecked. Every workflow is tested on your real data first, and price changes or SKU uploads always go through a human check before they go live. You keep the final say on anything that touches money.

Is this a real business, or just you having a go?

Fair question. I am not a big agency, and right now I have one fully measured case study: my own brand, Organic Matters. I am local, and you can ring me before you commit to anything. If you are one of my first pilot clients, I will do the work at a reduced rate in exchange for the right to use your measured before-and-after numbers as a case study. After a few of those are done, this question answers itself.

What exactly do I get for $2,950?

A complete Claude setup: your brain file and strategy file built from a 90-minute interview, four tool connections, two working workflows, a privacy setup, training, a prompt cheat sheet, a 90-day plan, and three check-in calls across your first 30 days. You own all of it.

Can't I just do this myself with ChatGPT?

You can, and you will get what I got: generic copy and a tool that forgets your business between sessions. The value is the two weeks of structured setup, the strategy file with your real numbers, and a playbook for making it stick. Most owners never do that part. That is the part I sell.

I am not technical. Will I actually use this?

That is the most common worry, and it is why the package includes training on your real tasks, a cheat sheet, and three scheduled check-ins. If you can write an email, you can run this. The check-ins exist for the week-three wobble.

What about my customers' data?

Part of the setup is a privacy layer: scoped access for every connection, two-factor authentication, and a one-page policy on what never goes into AI. Nothing auto-sends. You approve everything customer-facing.

What happens when the 30 days end?

Everything keeps working. You own the files, the workflows and the recordings. If you want ongoing help there is a $350/month tune-up: one session to update your brain, fix anything wobbly, and review your plan. Optional, cancel anytime.

Is the saving actually provable?

Yes, that is the point of the sprint structure. You log a normal week before, a normal week after, and the ROI report values the difference at your own hourly rate. If the annual saving does not beat the sprint price, I work free until it does. That is the guarantee, and it is in writing.
